The shipping and handling is calculated based on how many items are ordered and what delivery service is used. The calculator can be found on every item description page, and, if you have items in a cart, you can also estimate the shipping on order total before proceeding to checkout.   USA Domestic Orders: The S&H charge is as low as $3.99   Canada Orders: The S&H charge is as low as $6.98   International Orders: The S&H charge is as low as $9.98    Other Products: Since the weight and dimensions, the shipping and handling charge for items such as gardening supplies and etc. can be set up individually and be different from our regular S&H rate. We do not provide phytosanitary certificates or other similar documents.   Insurance   Insurance is optional and only for domestic (USA) orders. The insurance charge is $1.90. For domestic U.S. shipments, safe delivery is guaranteed and seeds lost or damaged during shipment will be replaced at seller's expense, if the shipment is insured. Claims must be made within 15 days of shipment. All other replacements, refunds, returns and exchanges will be made at the sole discretion of the seller.   Seed is a live product which depends on many important related grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, irrigation, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease free soil, and reasonable weather conditions during the growing period. Germination is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are totally out of the seller's control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk. Consequently, the seller cannot unconditionally guarantee seed to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or mistakes.   This is the sole warranty; we make no other, express or implied. We cannot guarantee establishment of seed due to various factors over which we have no control. Liability, whether contractual, for negligence or otherwise, is limited in all respects to the amount of the purchase price of the seeds, regardless of the nature, cause or extent of the loss. It is expressly agreed that this limited remedy is exclusive and that we shall not be liable for any damages over and above the purchase price of this product. And as a condition to any liability on our part, we must receive notice by registered mail of any claim.
